She has a deep and wide knowledge of the Richmond area and can quickly ascertain the area and type of housing you are looking for. She pays attention to what is important to you. For me it was a walkable neighborhood with trees, a first floor bedroom/bath, gas fireplace, hardwood floors and a garage. Right away she knew what neighborhoods to focus on. Once you've found your new home she will expertly guide you through the purchase process. Afterwards she can even recommend movers and tradespeople if needed to make the home your own. Best of all she is endlessly patient and lots of fun to work with. As well as a new home you will have a new friend!
