Wes is an outstanding Realtor who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He helped me sell my property at Park Ave in Richmond, VA in 2023, and it was a complex transaction with significant HOA challenges and building management challenges. What made Wes truly exceptional was his ability to manage this while I was living overseas in a timezone 12 hours ahead. Despite the distance, Wes remained incredibly professional and communicative, ensuring I was always in the loop regardless of the hour. He took the lead on coordinating difficult repairs and stayed persistent with the building management until we finally crossed the finish line.
